Apartment Showing and Application Priority Policy

  • UPS DOES NOT PROVIDE PRIVATE SHOWINGS (it is too much interruption for existing tenants)
  • UNITS ARE SHOWN AT A SCHEDULED OPEN HOUSE (dates provided on this site and building signs)
  • UNITS ARE RENTED ON A FIRST COME BASIS AT THE OPEN HOUSE.
  • APPLICANTS MAY SUBMIT AT LEAST ONE OF THEIR APPLICATIONS AND $30 TO A RESIDENT MANAGER THROUGH MIDNIGHT OF THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED OPEN HOUSE. THEIR APPICATION WILL BE AFFORDED PRIORITY IN THE ORDER RECEIVED, PRIOR TO THE OPEN HOUSE APPLICATIONS. (applications received after the cut-off can be used at the open house, but will not have any priority status)
